Will an edelbrock carb work

Will an edelbrock carb work
I just got my hot rods crank in the mail today,it is a +4 mm stroke. I plan on keeping my 102 mm bore for now, and using my JE piston that I already have now, I talked to an engine builder and he said it would work If I used a 2mm spacer on the botom of the jug. But my question is can I use an edelbrock carb for now, it would only be temporary until I get a set of 39 mm fcr carbs. I just need to know if that carb is big enough for that motor.

For all the work you're going to have to do getting a longer cam chain and altering the timing for the spacer I'd just buy the Hotrods spec CP piston and be done with it.
The edelbrock will work, but why not just use your stockers? They have sufficient flow for that setup, and certainly more up top than an edelbrock does.
