any one going?? -- were going to buttercup thursday ,any one been there latly and know how to tell the closed areas? are they posted with signs, flags or what? is there any way to cross interstate 8 to reach the north side from buttercup.

Check GlamisOnLine for the updated closure areas, they updated the areas Friday-We're doing Dumont for Thanksgiving and Glamis Xmas-NYears. After your trip please let us know how the closure affected your trip.

 

The only closed off area in Buttercup in near the old plank road. They will probably have makers with reflectors on them to warn people. I will be at Gordon's Well this weekend. The dunes up on the front side facing the 8 is really choppy but the dunes farther back are nice.
