I tried everything it told me to do and still the same adress??????Why?Anyone else had this problem before?

 

Same with me, they keep e-mailing my old account, and when I try to notifiy someone here, or contact them I just get thier stupid automated message.
HEY MODERATOR, HOW DO WE GET OUR E-MAIL ADDRESS CHANGED?

 

I gave up trying to get them to use my new address months ago.

 

I had the same problem. The first time I log on to this forum I put something for sale in the wrong spot. They dropped me with no explanation.
I switched servers and put in all fake names and
information and bam I'm back again.
I mailed them a dozen or so e-mails and get no
response!!!
If I ran my business that way I would be out of business.

 

That part of the software is broke right now. Sorry. I'll fix it when I can find the time to get to it. It won't be soon though...we're terribly busy this time of year. We'll do our best to get it fixed as soon as we can.

could you guys at least give us a post when we are able to change our email adress?ive tried at least 10 times or more.it would really be apreciated,could you also post it step by step on how to do this? some of dont know alot about computers.in fact,im on this site 99% of the time im on the computer.THANKS.
