info about yfz450 gyt-r jet kit

i recently installed a jet kit on my yfz450. i followed the instructions provided with the kit, however i dont think my bike is running right. im gettin real bad hesitation from first to fourth when i have it pinned, it also doesnt seem like its as fast as it should be. does anyone have any info that might help me out?

because of the emissions laws in cali, the 450s run like crap unless u jet em, least thats what the dealer told me.

Maybe this will help:
Closed throttle to 1/8 open---Fuel screw
1/8 to 1/3 throttle--------------Pilot
1/3 to 5/8------------------------Needle and clip posission
5/8 to WOT----------------------Main
Read the insulator on you sparkplug; Brown/Black= too rich. White= too lean. Light tan is just right.
Boging usally means, rich. Wipe your finger in your muffler tip, If you finger is black you are too rich. You want your finger to look slightly grey.
Most likely you are too rich.
