Tell them you want a 152 main jet for a warrior, and the closest thing to a 150 and the closest to a 154. I don't know what the exact size increments are, but they will have jets close to those sizes.

I prefer k&n, but if your shop says they're not good for your conditions then i'd be safe and go with a UNI filter instead.

Jets are about $2-$3 each I think, so it shouldn't be more than $10 for all 3. It's a simple process if you take your time and don't try to take shortcuts. It may take a few hours total, but a shop could charge as much as $180 to do it, so it's worth the time to do it yourself.

Here's a jetting tutorial for the warrior, if you're not a member yet you'll have to sign up to view it.

The first post is generic jetting, but the 2nd one (with the pictures) is better and specifically for the warrior.

Any idea on what size a clamp on filter to run for a '99 Warrior, or are there specific fitments for it already? Thinkin' about doing that with the ehs racing lid. Should I run a prefilter on that too? tia

For a clamp on filter you also need an adapter for the filter to clamp onto. You can buy the filter and the adapter in a kit for around $100.

And with the clamp-on filter I really don't see the benefit of an EHS lid, you can just get a regular outerwears for the filter and remove the airbox lid completely, which will do the same thing for $10 instead of $70, and flow a bit better.
