HELP! Gytr adaptor plate install

Gytr adaptor plate install
hey everyone i have a 2006 raptor 700 and i got the box disconnected from the main air hose now what do i do how do i get the cone shaped screen thing off if its suppose to come off??? (i dont no the technical words lol) i just need help on this install i got the filter and the filter plate i just need to no how to install the filter plate from here asap thanks for all the help
