You want a new clutch and springs. should be between 40 and 70 bucks. and then a gasket for the clutch cover wich is around 10-15 bucks.
Pretty simple to do. disconnect clutch cable from clutch cover, Roll bike up on its side, undo the 8 or so bolts round the clutch cover, bend the keeper tabs down on the sshaft nut, put a strap wrench on clutch basket, big ratchet/ socket on nut pop it is loose. then indo all the spring bolts being sure to just loosen them all first and then work you way around a couple turns at a time. pull out the clutch hub thingy then remove all the disks and plates and pay attention to the order. Think its a friction ring on top then steel ring then friction and so on. Re assmble like you took it apart. Takes about 30 minutes maybe an hour your first time. Pretty simple though.
Oil I use amsoil 10/40 synthetic in mine. no problems with lube. think its between

it is one hell of a b!tch to get it back together tho. and you DON'T need the clutch gasket.. just be careful( we weren't and it was still fine) when you take it off... btw tipo the quad on the side so the oil doesn't go everywhere on your floor(unless you have a shop floor with chemicals all over it and don't give a f$%# both coem with HD springs..
also.. i run 10/40 amsoil in mine too..( best oil i've ever bought)
