99 Yamaha Beartracker Carb. Problem
On the beartracker carb, There is a nipple sticking out the bottom that is to drain the carb if you open the drain screw.
When the drain screw is closed, nothing comes out, but when I put the fuel shut-off to the on position, fuel starts coming out the drain nipple.
HELP PLEASE!!!

I can think of 2 possibilities here. The one that is most likely is a stuck float, this will hold the valve open, and overflow the bowl (drain nipple is also the overflow nipple)
It's also possible that a seal went bad on the drain screw, but I never heard of that happening before. Start by removing the carb, taking the float bowl off, and making sure the floats are moving freely.
