My blaster recently quit running and after a compression test soon figured out that the ring let loose and scored the cylinder wall requiring me to rebuild. Anyways I called my local yamaha dealer and they want me to bend over and grab my ankles if their gonna do the work. So I went to E-bay. I found a company called Lakes Motorsports and was wondering if anyone have heard of them and how their work is. I was either considering sending them my cylinder and let them bore it out or ordering their 240 big bore kit. If I went with their big bore kit, would I need to upgrade my carb or reed cage or what all parts would I need. My blaster is pretty much stock except for the FMF SST pipe. What do you guys recomend? You confused me with the "grabbing your ankles" and talk of a 240 kit.

595 gets you a 240 big bore kit 32 hp with jet kit.. direct bolt on no sending parts in but you gotta get a oil inject block off kit which most do anyways:
