I must have a factory freak cause before i took the clutch sleaves off to clean it i was tapping out at 58-59 mph on a stright away, the last time i went out i tap out at 62mph. I running all stock with no sprark restior in. When i put the quad back together it wouldnt move then i adjusted the screws on the secondary sleave and it takes off like a bat out of hell. Im looking to do 26" for more clearance and clutch kit and all the other mods you can buy for these.

I've had mine at 56 with my kid on the back... on wet sand. All stock.
Had taller tires (paddles) on for 1 day and couldn't stand what happened at the bottom, so I returned them. New paddes at stock height... still have bottom end, and tops out the same.

Does the clutch kit affect your top end? I can't imagine, since it's just springs and weights, but I'm curious none the less.

I think so,but however i have 26 " tires so i dont know where speed is anyways,it reads 48 on top but taller tires would make it slower on the speedo,i will say this,it made the bike run like it had small tire with the 26" ones on it,pics of it are in my photos if anyone wants to see how mine looks
