I would get the Hella lights from advanced auto parts and just run them from the battery through a fuse to the conector to the lights and then ground the other side. Thats what I had on my old four wheel keep it simple stupid. $240 for lights is crazy the ones at advance are $69.00 if i remember correctly.

any kind of driving lights for a car or truck will work fine, as long as they're not over 55 watts. I had some cheap $20 ones from walmart on my recon, and they worked much better than the stock ones, they weren't waterproof though, so make sure you get something that's sealed up decent. The water really didn't hurt anything, it just looked crappy.

Just don't let both sets of lights on if you're going to be at low rpm's or idling for more than a minute, becuase using both sets of lights will draw current faster than your stator can produce it, and you end up with a dead battery.

here's the lights on my recon

do you mean 55 watts together or 55 watts each. where would you find handle bar mounts?

55 each. It would be easy to make youself some handlebar mounts, all you would need in most cases is a couple steel brackets from a hardware store, and just cut and bend them so they work for you. The best way to do it would probably be to get a couple slightly longer steering stem bolts, and bolt the light brackets right on top of the bar clamps. I don't know what the grizz's dash looks like, so that might not work for you though.
