Can anyone help with jetting a blaster with a fatty pipe and a rad valve? What is stock jetting? What jet size would be a good starting for mods mentioned at '700 above sea level. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

stock jetting for the main jet is a 230 needle clip is in the #2 ,the pilot is a 32.5 I would go up to a 260 or 270 main.(get both) and the needle clip in the #3 pos.pilot if you need I think is like a 30 or something,I'll check it out!

Pudjumper:

I can answer this for you as I have just experienced the same issue.

I put a FMF Fatty on my son's 98 Blaster. We ride at sea level (close enough to 700 ft.).

I called FMF and told them what I had. They told me to set it up as follows:

270 Main
35 Pilot (Idle)
Needle Clip in the stock position
Remove Air Box Snrokle (only)

The stock set-up is 230 Main, 32.5 Pilot and Needle Clip in the second from the top.

I would set your up the same as mine since we are close to the same elevation.

Good luck!
