Default which shocks

I have a 2003 Raptor 660 and was wondering which shock upgrade is better, either the YFZ450 shocks or Works triple rate steelers w/out rez. I have stock a-arms and would be doing mostly mx riding.

I have heard that the yfz's are better. But to really make them good you need to revalve them.

if you buy yfz shocks, you will get them from $200-$300, then you revalve them thats another $200 so thats $500, with those $500 you can buy some elkas valved to your weight and built to your needs in this case mx riding; the quality of the material is better than stock yfzs, they have warranty and they look good on a raptor
