Any info on an 04 Warrior
#2
There is an owner's survey in the new issue of Dirt Wheels on the Warrior 350/Raptor 350. According to the owner's they are very, very durable, dependable quads. I believe that chains, sprockets and tires were listed as the most replaced items.

there's only one major reliability problem I can think of, and that's the starter clutch, which is weak on all yamahas. Some people have late 80's-early 90's warriors that still have the original one with no trouble, and some of us like me are less fortunate and have them go out after a few years.
Reliability will never be a problem as long as it was maintained properly by the previous owner. I don't want to scare you off from this because neglecting maintainance on any quad will result in poor reliablity, but I had all kinds of stuff wear out on my warrior because the previous owner was a twit and didn't do ANY maintainance on it, except an occasional oil change (with the wrong kind of oil).
