Kodiak Question
the Kodiak 450 is an excellent bike. We have one and so far i have 3000 km on it and it's a 2005 and it's been very good. Just regular maintenance is all i do on it. If you are looking for a all around good bike it would be great for you. I have 26" mudbug tires all around and i never lacked power to turn them and I also installed a 1 1\4" lift kit from Kimpex and i also bypassed the reverse limiter and also a k&n filter. DID I MENTION THAT THE BIKE IS AWESOME.

Kodiak Question
i was riding about a year ago with a guy on a Polaris 700 and he was getting stuck all over where I wasn't. also, Kodiak is much lighter than both of those, and a bit narrower, which can make a huge difference on tight trails. straightaways.....ya, they'll blow you away. but what kind of moron would buy a rec/utility bush quad and then wanna be able to race it? nobody. so enjoy, it's probably one of the best all around quads for it's size.

Kodiak Question
yep, thier gonna smoke you in the open, but not on the trials, you made the right choise, you have the better machine and time will tale. and its all in the rider when it comes down to the trails, actualy the smaller machine and better rider combo is the ticket. that 450 is all the power you need
