Default Jumping May Cause Oil Spills

I have a 04 350 Raptor all stock. I made a jump today and when i landed there was a clunk and then oil started to leak..... I immediately shut the engine down and then, loaded her back up. I looked and the rock dented straight through the skid plate and into the bottom of the engine. I do not know what you call that part of the engine but oil was everywhere (on the bottom)... What will i have to do to replace a part and get this fixed or will i need a new engine? I looked and it looks like one piece....

You broke/cracked the engine case. There's 2 halves split right down the middle, you might need to replace one or both sides depending on where the rock hit. Stand it up on the grab bar and clean it up so you can see exactly what got damaged. I would suggest buying used cases on ebay (the raptor 350's cases are the same as the warrior's, so you shouldn't have any trouble finding one for a reasonable price). When you get the cases take it to a local powersports shop or dealer to do the work, unless you or someone you know has experience working on atv/motorcycle engines, because it involves dismantling most of the motor.
