Default Carb problem on Beartracker

I have cleaned the carb several times but still not running right, no throttle responce, will not hold steady rpm in gear. Idle is also very rough, filter is clean, any sugestions as to what else to check would be appriciated.

Check for big vacuum leaks first,
Is the air box back on, with fliter and lid? If they are still off, itll run way too lean.
When you cleaned the carb....did you remove each jet, completey, and make sure the thru holes were clear? Did it all get put back together with out any leftover pieces?

Default Carb problem on Beartracker

Everything is back together, no extra parts. Ive taken it apart 4 times and cleaned all jets nothing looked clogged but i sprayed everything and blew them out with air. Where would I look for vacume leaks? I do have 2 screws missing on top of the carb could this be the vacume leak? I have ordered new screws maybe this will fix it.
