Sure, you can switch to synthetic, but definately get something atv/motorcycle/wet clutch specific. I know Pep Boys has been selling some decent stuff. There or the dealership, it's all expensive[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] The difference is a cool dealership/shop will give you a discount, especially after they start to recognize your face.

I'll be looking around for oils/filters. On another note, the guy who I bought it from demonstrated the workings of the E-brake. Now, I've read it suggested somewhere to remove the E-brake. What would be the reasoning behind that? Also, anyone know the "quick'n'dirty" on engaging the E-brake?

I have taken mine off, only because it is a pain to keep adjusted and therefore rarely worked properly. If you remove the parking brake, you need to buy a blockoff plate to put on the rear caliper. Leave it on, take it off, whatever. They can come in handy during transport and such, but by no means necessary.
