Default Warrior Bolt Stud

I know we've touched on this before. I've let the warrior sit for a few months and now I'm ready to ride. The bolt stud from the cylinder head snapped and now I can't get the stud out. I have taken the bike apart and removed the cylinder head from the motor. Still can't get the damn thing out (broke two easy outs, heated the head, etc.) I'm just going to take the head somewhere and have someone do it for me.
MY QUESTIONS
1) Where is the best place to take the head? If a machine shop, any specific type?
2) Any ideas on how much this will cost? Remember, the motor is off and I removed the cylnder head already.
Thanks guys

If you have a local machine shop that specializes in automotive stuff take it there, if not then just about any machine shop should be able to do it. I don't really know how much it would cost, but I wouldn't expect it to be much more than $50.
