my buddys blaster is actin up, i think it has to do with the carb, it starts up and everything but it wont rev any higher then somewhere around 2500 itll just bogg there and when u try to give it more gas it burrs out and shuts off we tried a new spark plug and a new hotter spark plug but neither worked, should i drain the carb, oil injector, and gas tank and put new stuff in or is his carb messed up thanks for the help

 

okay clean the car entirly, check the jetting, drain the oil, check the plug.
