I've had my 700 for a little over 6 months now and the other day i was just doing some mantinence (adjusting clutch, brakes etc) and also pulled the spark plug out to inspect its colour. It seemed to be a fairly dark brownish colour...... Now correct me if i'm wrong but should it not be that dark???? The only thing with my bike that is not stock is simply that i've pulled the spark arrester out (more for a little extra noise than anything), is there something wrong??? How long should a plug last??? IS the becasue the spark arrester is out??? If its becasue the spark arrester is out then it will be going straight back in..... The plug should be paper bag brown, and yes once u take the sparkarestor out your bike will run a lil lean, but if your plug is paper bag brown color you should be allright
