I have an '03 Warrior and the clutch doesn't grab until the clutch handle is almost let out completely. Do you adjust the clutch by the perch or down by the trans.?

 

You can adjust it either way. The perch adjustment is easier, so just leave the bottom one alone unless the perch adjustment reaches it's limits.

But don't expect to get much of a difference from that adjustment. It's normal when the clutch doesn't grab until the lever is like 3/4 of the way out. Even after I replaced my clutch and cable it still acts like that, it's just in the design.
