quad got impounded
because i wanted to take off the tires because there was so much dirt in there that wouldnt come off. and the only place level that wasnt on the grass was on the street. i always washed my quad on this spot in the street cops will pull up say have u been riding it i say no they drive away. i dnt understand what was different about this time.

Yeah, they can inpound your quad. Also, last time I checked, Long Island has it's own PDs and doesn't have NYPD in there. But, I did ask a friend who is a NYS Trooper. Go back, and ask nicely to speak to the Commander of the Station, or the highest ranked officer available. Tell him your case, tell him you bought it the day before, explain what you were doing and that it was a simple mistake on your part and ask him if there is anyway you could get your quad back.

dude thats bull. i hope they put the tires on it. dude thats bull tho. i would give them the key either. stupid. yeah thats a good plan tho ^^^^^. dude how can they impound a quad if your working on it? plus i understand pushing a bike but a quad. dude that cop got something up him @$$. lol
