i sold my warrior last week and picked up a 2004 predator. so i go to powerwash it yesturday in my street. i drive it across the lawn then pulled it on the street. jacked it off the ground. took off three tires. and an undercover cop pulls up to me rolls down his window says im impounding your quad and your moms getting a ticket. so... they go to put it on the flat bed after i refuse to give them the key or help them get it on the ground and the idiots drag it on the flat bed while it was in 5th gear because the tow guy was trying to get it in neutral but couldnt so just pulled it up. i go to put it in neutral after what i saw was happening and it wouldnt buddge finally get it in neutral. and the guy puts a strap over my seat so hard that my seat snapped. cop tells me since i didnt give them the key so they could put it in nuetral its not there problem if something breaks.

i go to the 8th precinctand they say im NOT GETTING MY QUAD BACK.

they said that when my quad toched the sidewalk and the street that it was on public property. me driving the quad onto the street instead of pushing it is why.

they were police there were 2 undercovers, 4 cop cars, and 4 on bikes.

 

I cant even beleive that it is bulsheett.. maybe the guy has something stuck up his @ss??

 

warriorboy i live on long island 2, See if there is a robert etheridge at the presinct, he is my uncle he is a deputy sheriff i will see if i can do anything lol

 

I just called my uncle, there is no 8th precinct lmao.. umm yea he was like are you in custudy?( i only call him when i get in trouble with the law) and i just asked him and he said that it only goes up to 7th presinct. Give me more information hes has a strong say
