It is Ebensburg Yamaha on rt. 22 .They have been open for about 3 years now

The quad he signed for is still there in the showroom, because Yamaha's finance department has the title and my friend is still making payments on it !! and ebensburg yamaha cant sell it[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

 

Sounds like a fraudulent transaction on their part...I would be on them hard... No KY either [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

Basically contact a lawer.... or even put up like $45 dollars for prepaid legal services..you can cancel after a month if you want www.prepaidlegal.com it is on the NYSE is works....

Another option is to payoff the quad...unsecured loan & cash then it is yours they cannot keep it.
