a guy i know said he will sell me his YOSHIMURA rs3 slip on for 150.00$ It is in really nice condition and he tell me theres not more than 10 hrs on the pipe. It is of an 05 raptor. My question is how much power will i gain over stock and how much more noise will i get. Also i see some cheap raptor 700 Exhaust on ebay and they look like they will fit my 660. can anaybuddy conferm this and do they flow better or sound better?

Yoshi makes good pipes, so if is in good shape sounds like a ok price.

The 700 and the 660 have different frames along with a long list of other things, so I doubt the pipes would mount up.

Even with just a slip on you should notice a big difference in performance if you jet it right..................and NO, you can't use a 700 exhaust on a 660.

another key faxtor in buying this pipe is sound. Do they sound good and does anaybudy know how much louder they are over stock and if they make a quiet core inserts for them.

What you need to do when you get your pipe in...First you need to get a air filter..Stock filters kills rappys..I would go with the K&N but a UNI will work...your rappy sould have 140-145 jets in it right now...go up to a 145-150 or 150-155..this sould get you there...Your really not going to notice alot of power gains.. she will prob just be a little more snappy on the trottle..

Aright, what I dont understand is how can they claim that I will be geting like 7 HP increase and you say im not going to be able to feal it? what do you mean by this. I dont think the numbers they put out are all lies and alot of people say it is night and day difference. I think if it really gives me somthing like 7 HP I would notice it unless it is flase statements. Explain?

Like i said.. It will feel more snappy...And 7HP with a slip on Pipe??? Its not going to happen.. MAYBE 2-3 HP with a slip on and filter and the right jetting...you dont really start getting good HP till you rise the compression and bigger cam..
