Default Info on 660 steering stems

I did a search and found some info, but alot of it was outdated. So what should I replace when getting an aftermarket stearing stem and which one(s) are recomended? I was thinking about houser or lonestar. It seems everything is antivibe, is that good or just something they do? Also, would a 450 knuckle work on a 660? I see some aftermarket 450 knuckles but none for the 660. Just curious if there is any difference and what it is. Thanks for your info.
