I just installed my durablue axle and everytime i powerslide around a corner the lock nut comes loose and the snap ring pops off.... im not sure what to do.....help please!!

 

My experience with duracrap involves 3, yes 3 axles that were mailed to me that don't fit. I even used a micrometer and sent them the measurements for the entire axle. You can fix the problem by getting a team axle.....

 

it fits just fine.......its just the locknut keeps coming off

 

Call Stephanie, she will ask a tech and tell you that it works just fine. Sorry, just returning my third axle and frustrated. Call the tech line, it didn't help me but may help you. It might be as easy as going to the hardware store and getting a second nut to mate up with the factory one.

If I had to guess I'd say installation error. Read the FAQ and if you still have problems, then contact DB.

I've been running these axles for many, many years and never had a problem with them on any machine.

Loc-tite fixes every problem imo [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] I would drink the stuff if it didnt kill ya
