riding through the pit and some random guy just starts following me and my friends.
he is riding mad close to us on a grizzly and so we try to run.
all of a sudden the guy t bones me when i try to go around this big puddle.
puts me in a head lock and throws me into the woods and says" what the f are you doing running from the cops"
the f-ing guy was wear work boots camo pants and a paulboros wrestling shirt and a yellow helmet.
so my friends come back thinking some random guy is trying to fight me.
he takes all of our keys and tells us to ride behind him. so he gives us back the keys and we follow him
luckily my dads a cop and he got us out of it
he was gonna take all our quads and give us seven tickets. so he says
can a sue this bastard hes not aloud to send me flying off the quad if i didnt even no he was a cop is he?

lol im just glad i only got 2 tickets that are $150 combined

 

1. Dont ride on public land.

2. No he shouldnt have done that.

3. Yes you can sue the city/police department as well as the individual if you have proof (judge wont take your word over the cops)

4. Your lucky your dads a cop.

 

he didnt give u any signal to stop or something? thats messed up. at least u didnt hit him back. lol my ? is y the hel! couldnt u out run that thing. lol

 

That's pretty ridiculous, sounds to me like you're not telling us the whole story though. I can't imagine an off-duty cop running someone down and putting them in a headlock without some kind of an indication that he wanted you to stop. Some cops can be dicks, but they are still smart enough to know that they have to follow the proper procedures and can't act like that, especially when there are witnesses around.

Well, if nothing else, I guess it answers the "who's faster, a grizzly or a warrior" question.

Huh? How about because the Grizzly probably has 2X the power of the Warrior and a little more weight. On the subject, I think we are missing a few details as well.
