I got a 2006 Yamaha Grizzly (All Stock) and at idle it will stall after about 10 sec even after it is warmed up. Also it has only 20 miles on it. I also will get a sputter at very low throttle. Is this a needle setting (Lean)????? If I put the choke on a tad it seems ok. Any Ideas?????

 

Do you have a nice fast smooth idle?

 

I know on sport quads all you do is turn the idle up, i would call the manufacturer or dealer and have them walk you through how to do it on your quad

 

Have you ever rejet?

Is the gas cap breather clear of any/all debris?

Has it always done this, or did it start after one of your rides?

 

I figured it out. I readjusted the air filter and lowered the idle a tad. I'm thinking it was not sealed 100% but I could be wrong. Runs great now.
