Default Has anyone rode the 700 GRIZZ???

I have noticed that the Polaris 500 HO EFI has electric plus recoil back up starting. I wonder how this functions without battery power for EFI. Maybe a type of flywheel magneto generates enough power for both EFI fuel pump and spark. Or possibly a near dead battery could power EFI pump but then need recoil assistance for motor spark and motor rotation.

what dealer in alberta you get that hardwoods 700 from there sparky? My rep told me, as did yammi in toronto that the camo models were not released till mid-september, i have one coming then, but o well i can wait a month, nice quad by the way, camo looks good on the 700. post pics when you get the itp 589's on, thinking about going with those for a dress a unit promo, wouldn't mind seein how it looks on camo first. anyone else other than me and sparky have 700's.

My Nor Cal dealer called today and my green 700 has been shipped from Georgia and he has invoice in hand. His best guess is that the crate will arrive Tuesday next week. I also got call from Wilson's in Fresno who says he has already recieved his first 700 Griz. It is blue and will be on floor tomorrow and is not sold. I sure hope this news is not another build up and let down.

Thanks for all the info guys.I have also been looking at this quad. Need some more expirienced opinions please. I want to put better tires and wheels on as soon as I get mine.

Any suggestions?? Not a serious mud dawg, just trails and some creeks, and old county gravel roads mainly. Need some opinions on tires, I can pick a decent wheel upgrade I think.

Thanks.
