If by little money you mean under 1k, you can get a 496cc big bore kit from motosport outlet.
If you only have a couple hundred $, a pipe or stage 1 hotcams because I dont think there
are stage 2 cams for the warrior.

Well going to assume you are stock now

1) Very cheap = Pull the spark Arrestor, remove the air box lid and rejet = about $10 for a few jets

2) Cheap = Slip-on exhaust, Pro-Design intake w/high flow filter, Remove the airbox lid, and rejet = around $300

Can also change the sprockets for more low or top end. Can get the front for about $10

If running stock tires this might be what you need first, the warrior factory tires are junk.

when I mean not much money I mean around $80 right now becuase I have to pay off the quad. just curious though how much would a 496 big bore kit be. and if I change the sproket for top end will I loose low end or will it stay the same?

Thanks for all replies.

Yes if you change sprocket for more top end = you lose bottom end and same if switch.

with $80 I would probably invest in a K&N and jets, and remove the lid and spark arrestor. then I would save up for a slip on exhaust. This is what I have done to all of my quads and it makes a pretty big difference for cheap.

OK Kiddo...Dont go with anything bigger than a 400 BBK on the warrior..There air cooled and as for what i get talking to you on messager your more of a trail rider than anything..You will end up getting the warrior to hot..

Now with that said..

Here are some cheaper ways to get a little more out of your warrior..

Spokets...Got with a 16 on front and a 44 on back...It will spread the gears out on the 6 speed.. You will not loose any bottom end pull but you will gain a little top end speed..Front $10.00 Back $30.00

Air filter...K&N or UNI...$30

Cam..Stage 1 hot cam..They do not make a stage 2...$150

BB Kit...JE 366 Kit...Its will run you around 200.00 bucks for the piston and rings.. Go with the 11.1 so you dont have to run race gas it will run good on 91..Dont run 89 with the 11.1..But if you dont wanna worrie about gas get the 10.25.1 ....$200.00

Bore Job...$75.00

Port Job..Dont go with Full race port..Just trust me on that one..Dont work good at low RPM but a mild port will run you around $250.00

Exhaust...Good slip on will work...IMO i dont use slip ons so i would get a full Exaust..SlipOn $200.00 Full $400.00

If you have any more ?????s you got my messager

zapoo mafoo, don't get new jets yet if you plan on getting a hotcam, or a bore kit, there is now point in replacing the jets more than once, so get what parts you want and then decide about jet size, also look into dial a jet, I've been hearing a lot of good things about it.

I'm kind of worried that you said you removed the airbox lid... What is holding your air filter in?
