Default Wheelie on a banshee....

I have a 2002 yamaha banshee....

I've been doin wheelies (without shifting) forever on that thing, but i've been tryin something new since i got bored today.

I'm tryin to pull up a wheelie in first, and ride it all the way to 6th...

well, I pull it up, and i shift into 2nd...then i shift into 3rd and it comes back WAY too far and scares the sh*t outta me..

So, does anyone have any tips on how to do this better?

With alot of practice maybe you could ease on the clutch and drop the front end a little.
Be careful. It will probably end up bodyslamming you. That's going to hurt.

this might not work for you but it worked for me on my kfx and blaster, just practice dumping the cluch and putting iot on the grab bar then useing the brake to put it back down, then proceed to giveing more gas to keep it up, eventually it should get you used to it! Anytime you are riding a wheelie, slow or fast, keep your right foot ready to tap the back brake incase you get to far back.
