warrior exhaust stud problems

Default warrior exhaust stud problems

any one ever have 1 of the studs get ripped out of the motor, i was thinking it may be from doing wheelies but then on the other stud the nut and lock washer i put on there backed off the stud and this is just pissing me off. any 1 have an idea what i can do rofl...

My 87 came with the lower studd ripped out. I got an aluminum threaded stud and had it tack welded to the head the best it could be done with out pulling the motor. It might not last forever, but it's held up good so far.

good idea man, me and my dad were thinking of taping the hole 1 size bigger and gettin a bigger stud...for some reason the nuts keep backing off even with a lock washer so either we'll do that or get it tack welded
