It depends on what kind of riding you do. Toomey provides good topend, so it is good for dunes, hillclimbing. FMF and Pro Circuit are good trail pipes. Project Blaster Phatom, LRD, and Dynoport provide good mid range so they are good MX pipes. You have to decide what pipe is best for you. The Toomey pipe actually only makes only a few more HP than a FMF.

To get more lowend you could mill the head for compression, Get some aftermarket reeds, reed spacer it shifts the power band to the low end, or advance the timing 4 degrees. These are all cheaper than a new pipe.

If you want more right off an idle power you might try moving the clip on your carb needle down one notch closer to the point. Someone on here told me that and it really worked. Mine from first to second and second to third will try to pull the front wheels off the ground. It really hits hard now.

drumpro what kind of riding do you do? One thing that is good about a toomey is they sell a kit that has the jets you need, aftermarket airfilter, vents to open up the airbox, and of course the pipe. You can't really go wrong adding a pipe to ablaster unless you get a DG. They all improve the performance of blasters.
