When trying to start my ATV, I just get a clicking noise. The battery is fine (new), and strarting it mannually works as well. So I'm thinking its either the Starter Relay Assy or the CDI Unit Assy. Any ideas?

srskodiak400 you need to clean and tighten the battery connections.

I agree. The clicking is just the electromagnet in the relay. When the starter tries to start, the voltage is dropping too far, and the electromagnet disengages. If cleaning up the terminals and cables dont fix it, get the battery charged and load tested.

It's a new battery, but I did not check the battery connections to see if they were clean or not. Thanks for the advice!

Its not unheard of, for new batteries to be junk. The only way to know for sure if a battery is good or not, is a load test.
