Default Where to install torque plate on blaster?

I just bought a moose torque plate for my blaster and was curious if it adds low end torque installing it between the motor and reed cage, will it add high end hit if I install it between the reed cage and the rubber intake? I purchased it actually just to space the 28mm carb I bought to clear the clutch arm so if I could put it somewhere to add top end hit that would be preferable. Thanks.

Noone here is sure if I can install this on the other side? Guess I'll just put it between the head and reed cage.
