Default stalling problems

My Banshee kept stalling today, it starts up no problem but as soon as i touch the throttle it stalls out and shuts off. The dealer that i bought it from said i should use a fuel/oil mix of 32:1, the owners manual sais 24:1. What is the proper oil/fuel ratio for a new banshee, or could it be the tors that is making the bike stall. Thank you in advance!

Ive always ran 40:1 with amsoil and never had a prob.

Take out the tors, it doesnt do anything but cause headaches. (sounds like a tors problem)
Is the bike warm when it stalls?
Choke on or off?
And mods?
Whats your idle set like?

Yes the bike is warm when it stalls and the choke is off, the only thing i have done is a set of toomey pipes. I'm not sure what the idle is set at.
