!HELP! Rhino has blow-by!!??????!!
Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and I'm looking for some advice. I'm over here helping fight the war while riding a '05 Rhino 660 I love the thing but the crew before me put it on it's side and messed it up. I got it running again after they had flooded it so bad that the oil smelled as if they had put 4 bottles of octane booster in it. I changed the oil and cleaned everything. After 6 months of not running it's finally going again thanks to yours truely.
The problem is that there is a large amount of oil coming out of the breather hose the attaches to the air box. Have you guys heard of or ran into this? From what I see the piston rings are toast.
Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure if it is supposed to connect to the air box but that's where they had attached it to after they were tinkering with it. It is the tube that supplies the crank case though. I race cars, not ATV's so this is all kind of foriegn to me Thanks

I may have over filled her because I did have the rear end jacked up a little when I refilled her. Sounds kinky..LOL Anyways, I figured that the piston rings should still ge ok seeing that it's only a year old and only ran for about half of that time. I thought they were B.S.ing me when they said it was a '05. The sun is so burning hot here that it's faded as if it's 10 years old.
I'm gonna see if I can run the excess oil out and maybe that will fix it.......I also noticed that no oil is being burnt through the exhaust.
