Maybe the rings need to be replaced. Did you break it in right, or is jetting correct?

do ya think the rings will lock up the engine and as far as the jetting goes i put a 240 main jet in and it was running fine this is the first problem im having with the motor so far im running 30:1 in oil and it hasent locked up yet but it smokes like a chimney and is very sluggish like no power at all i dont know what to do i guess i might have to do a top end but i dont really want to OH by the way i think it might be overheating i think but i dont know tho what would make it overheat and idea

A 240 mainjet sounds alittle lean for all your mods. Whats the spark plug look like. Here are some jetting guidelines Click Here. I'd pull the cylinder off see how the piston and rings look. Also you may check how the rod bearings and crank bearings feel in the lowend. Sense you are premixing and may be running lean the lowend may not have gotten adequate lubrication or may have gotten hot.
