Its the simple things like that which are often overlooked.. Hope it solves the problem for ya.. I know i scratched my head for a while on that one and then the truck started runnin chitty and its outerwear was dirty cleaned it and it got full boost and Rpm agin. without EFI you will get rich and load up soon as you can't pass enough air.

Haha, that was it, thanks for everybodys help, good call OFC. But as soon as one problem gets fixed another one arises. I have been finding I have been loosing coolant, after looking around a bit I noticed coolant would completely fill my res and start draining through the overflow, but the thing is it drains my rad, it will move coolant to the res but it wont suck it back to the rad. Could this be a possible rad cap or something maybe a little more serious. Any other ideas?? Haha thanks again.

glad it fixed it..

As for the radiator.. i would think thats a faulty cap. thats what happens in a truck when the cap goes bad.. so prolly in the quad too.
