My dealer fixed the throttle and the problem with the engine revving on its own is solved. I rode it 44 miles today on the same trails with no problem. The gas didn't boil in the tank this time either, but the temperature was about 10-15 degrees cooler. I bought some highlifter heat fighter for the oil and the coolant. I'll put that in with the first service. Thanks for the responses.

hope that took care of the problem for you. hopefully you can just enjoy your new grizz now. let us know how things go during your break -in period and after. i have to admitt i'm picking up my 07 660 on wed. and hoping not to encounter some of these issues. best of luck . anyone know how grizzlady made out ? hope she had some better luck!

I just came back in from my new 07 Grizzly 660's maiden voyage of a woods trail and about 2.5 hours in a muddy soybean field. It ran fantastic! This is my first ATV and I couldn't be happier. I heard the fans only come on once and that was sitting with it idling.
