Wondering if there is a 400+ kit for Wolverine
#1
I own a 99 Wolverine and it has 25" Kenda Bear Claws, SuperTrapp muffler, K&N Filter, jet kit, DG full skid plates with a-arm plates, and double Helli offroad lights with covers mounted on the front fenders. For winter months I installed a windsheild with fiber glass bottom and rear view mirrors (really nice feature for trail riding with others, not always looking behind to see if there still behind you). Also installed fender protectors and rear footpegs with seat.
I was wondering what mods I would need to turn the wolv. into a 400cc + beast.. What would be the best priced products (with good reliability of course) for this, if its possible..
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Dwight and myself are in the same hair club for men. The big jump in price is because they build the motor for you. They use a Kodiak 400 top end and bore it, then mate it with the Wolverine bottom end with a stroker crank.
I have a 96 Wolverine with 25x9.5x12 TSL's on the front and 25x9.5x12 Vampires on the back. It also has all the motor mods that I can do without tearing into it. I called FST about 6 months ago looking for motor kits, and as far as I know, you have to callem to get any info. Good luck and let me know how things work-out if you go for it.

The 380 kit is just a big bore, so it comes with piston, rings, gaskets and all that.
The 435 and 446 are big bore with a stroker crank. So you would get the piston, rings, gaskets, Ect plus the crank and I think the bearings. One thing to note is the stroker crank is 2 to 3 pounds lighter which will let it rev alot faster. They did tell me that you do need to change the cam to a more high performance one, if not they said it would be like a tractor, (lots of torque, but slow.) I called them early this year, so if you guys want the up-to-date prices, and parts list, you need to call them.
