I agree with ya squeege. The yamaha website shows their stock plates fitting the 05-07 despite the name change. Should fit.

If that kit from Cabela's includes the full belly skids, and both front and rear A-arm plates, then yes, that's a pretty good price imo for aluminum skids.

I've put Ricochet skids on 2 of my Grizzly's... I think they look and work great. I only use their belly skids though... I use Yamaha's A-arm skids because they protect more, and have that cool grizzly emblem on them...

I never even realized that there was a 450 grizz. I have a 2006 450 kodiak but know about the grizz or are they the same bike.

They dropped the Kodiak name for '07. They also have a Grizzly 350 (replacing the bruin?) The 350 comes in IRS 4x4, solid axle 4x4 and solid axle 2x4.

i hated the bruin, changing the 250 bruin to the bigbear or w.e it is is not going to make up for what such a lemon it turned out to be lol

What problems did you have with the bruin? Not saying its anything special, just wondering since I have one (06 350 4x4) and the wife has one (06 250 2x4). I do wish I had some more CC's but I have had no mechanical problems with it.
