For the best help we can do for you, we need to know a few things.
1. What color is the smoke? white? light blue? black?
2. When does it smoke the worst? all the time? under accel? under deaccel?
3. How long has it been run since overhaul? It could just need some milage on it for things to seal.
4. From vulcan700 info. it has the stock jet with a modded engine, which could of caused the orinigal meltdown it had. From your 60 yards, if your smoke looks like its off a lited cigarette, that is not bad. If it looks like a fog machine from a rock concert, than there is something amiss. I would richen it up some, or you will be going back thru it from another lean meltdown.

how about this you start her up and take a picture so we can see the color of the smoke and I think vulcan was just giving more info just incase he was curious on anything else on the carb O well I do that sometimes too...We need more info about the quad's symptoms but you are running lean so I would buy a few different jets and try them out and what color are the plugs...take some pics

When you accelerate a two stroke you create turbulence in the crankcase which picks up excess oil that has accumulated in the crankcase. This could cause the smoke during acceleration. I would try a richer jet and ride it. Do some plug chop tests to see if it's jetted right.
