Was that Scrambler old. I thought they had pull starts. Thats interesting

 

it was like, a 2000 or 2001, it was also a 90cc bike, i was about 13 years old at the time and i got it for a 100 bucks. but your situation sounds the same as this one. i wouldnt be suprised if the piston is stuck (motor is seized).
