Will wheels that fit on an '06 Grizzly fit on an '07 Grizzly? I'm referring to the bolt pattern of the wheel.

The bolt pattern is identical, I haven't tried that combination to see if it fits though (mainly, if the wheel rubs the brake caliper - which has evidently been the issue with some wheel types that fit the 660 Grizzly).

The Brute Force 750 (don't know about the BF 650), the Suzuki King Quad, the Grizzly 660 and the Grizzly 700 all have the same bolt pattern and can interchange wheels (as long as they do not rub on the new Grizzly's brake assembly).

I took the ITP C Series Type 7 wheels off of my Brute Force 750 before I sold it and put them on my Grizzly 700...
