I was wandering if anybody changed their clutch lever. I put Acerbis Rally pro handguards on my 660 and I had to put the lever below the handguards because of the angle of the lever. I would like to get a clutch lever that would fit without the perch. Anybody try this yet?

I'll be doing the same thing next weekend. Is it possible to just "chop" some of the existing lever off to fix it? I know with other handguards this was often a requirement.

Eric if I where you I would get rid of that stock clutch perch and lever and all the other garbage that is up there I did. I put a CR perch and lever on the quad and eliminated the parking brake this will allow you hand gaurds to fit. Just make sure you take the electricall cables out of the stock perch and use a zip tie and tie them under the front plastic at first I disconnected mine if you do this the quad wont start in gear so just leave the two other cables that go into the stock perch connected together and zip tie them somewhere. I also got rid of the stock key and indicator lights and mounted them on the front nose piece up top this looks better and it also enables you to put different bars on. So anyway try a cr perch and lever and this will also make your clutch pull easier which it is already easy enough stock but the crperch and lever help it more!
