uve probly done this but try sprayin started fluid in it. maby therse not enough fuel. we had a lt160 that woudlnt start for **** unless you push started it. i have NO idea why it was like that. you could crank it for 2 days and it wont start. push start it 3 feet and it fired right up. never figured that one out. it could be a broke key in the flywheel like you said. id put money on that since its older you probly tried everything els. try push starten it tho. who knows

Kind of a confusing question.. You have to remove the left hand covers and pull the flywheel off. Make sure you use the proper thread-in flywheel puller also.. no 2 or 3 leg pullers from the hardware store.

before you atually mess with the fly wheel, have you actually changed the plug ? I know you said it sparked but change it anyway because it may be compression fouled or just weak. also , get some B12 chemtool spray carb cleaner and use it as starting fluid NOT just regular starting fluid because you can blow the head off the motor or damage the starter clutch with starting fluid especially if your timing is off. chemtool will do the same job and is much safer. just give it a 1 second shot through the carb with the throttle wide open. you are electric starting it right? its almost impossible to pull start one even if it is running right. you also need a good hot battery in the bike or it will not run. if your compression is good on a warrior it will be dam hard to pull start it. they are horrible and will almost pull the rope out of your hand if the motor is good and tight. electric start is the only way to start it . I doubt its the keyway. you can also check the key way without pulling the flywheel since it sounds like you dont have a puller. use an inductive timing light. (the kind that clips right on to the outside of the spark plug wire) . I cant remember if the warrior has a small removeable plug on the outside of the mag cover or not but if it does you will see about a 3/4 inch round unscrewable plug with what looks like a large regular screw driver slot in it. unscrew this cap and inside the hole there will be a pointer or slot cut into the case and you will also see the flywheel inside the hole. if you rotate the engine slowly you will notice the timing marks stamped somewhere on the flywheel. the one your looking for will be the "F" with a strait line right next to it. this strait line is your "fire" mark. if you then hook the timing light to the battery and the inductive clip on lead to the spark plug wire and have someone electric start the motor for you while you shine the timing light down in this hole, the light should flash right as the "F" mark is lined up with the notch or pointer in the case. if there is no timing plug on the outside of the case then you will need to remove the stator cover and locate the cast in pointer inmside the motor . the marks on the flywheel will be the same . Im tired of typing but I think I would just do the new plug and chemtool thing first. if it has compression it will most likely fire off or run for 3 or 4 seconds telling you that a dirty carb is your problem
