Heated grips
#2
It takes just a bit of electrical knowledge, and instructions come with all grips that i know of.
One thing they dont usually said to do, is put a in-line fuse in the postive side of the circuit. That should be done, and a 3 or 5 amp fuse is good.
Depending on which quad you have, the accesory port is a good place to tap into an already fuse proected circuit, which is only on with the key.
The nuetral light, or reverse light circuit also works good, as those are hot, while key is on. Both use a switch to ground, to enable the light. Make sure you tap into the wire, before the bulb, and not after, or the light will be on when the grips are on. Think about adding a thumb warmer too, because youll find out how cold that thumb gets , and those hand warmers dont help the thumb.
